Ms. India Somer was employed by my family (through the vendor “Comfort Keepers”) for the past eighteen months.  India’s principle duties included companionship, care and maintenance of my elderly father during daytime hours. She would also accompany Dad to Johns Hopkins Hospital for periodic eye examinations at the Wilmer Eye Clinic.  

 

During her tenure, my family came to appreciate India’s reliability, friendliness, compassion, maturity, and common sense.  I was most impressed by her confidence in her own abilities, especially in times of high stress.  This is a rare quality in a person barely out of her teens.

 

India is goal-driven and well-motivated.  Her work ethic and positive attitude will serve her well in future academic and/or work-related pursuits.
